What we collect

We collect only the information necessary to process and ship your order: your name, email address, shipping address, order details, and the payment metadata our processor returns (such as a charge ID and the last four digits of your card). If you create an account, we store your email and sign-in identifiers so you can view your orders.

We do notcollect or store full card numbers, and we do not build advertising profiles, sell data, or share your information for anyone else’s marketing.

How we use it

Your information is used solely to take payment, produce and ship your order, provide customer support, send transactional email about your order, and meet legal, tax, and customs requirements. For international orders, your name and address appear on the customs declaration required to ship the parcel.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary information with vendors that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Shippo and the shipping carrier (labels and delivery), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel and Neon (hosting and database). Each processes your data only to provide its service to us.

Retention & your choices

We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, support, and legal/tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing SlabCSHelp@gmail.com. We will honor verified requests except where we must retain records by law.

Children

SlabCS is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

EU/UK customers (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data to perform our contract with you (taking and fulfilling your order), to comply with legal, tax, and customs obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running the shop and preventing fraud. You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your data, and to complain to your local data-protection authority.

SlabCS operates from the United States, and our processors (such as Stripe, Shippo, Resend, Vercel, and Neon) may process your data in the United States.
