International shipping, customs, VAT & duties

SlabCS ships from the United States. For orders delivered outside the United States, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), also called DAP (Delivered At Place). This means the prices shown at checkout cover the product and outbound shipping only. They do not include any import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), customs duties, brokerage, or carrier clearance fees charged by the destination country.

When you place an international order, youare the importer of record. You are solely responsible for paying any import VAT/GST, customs duty, and handling fees assessed by your country’s customs authority or carrier. These charges are billed to you directly by the carrier (for example, at or before delivery) and are not paid by or remitted to SlabCS.

• Definitions.“Import VAT/GST” is a consumption tax charged by the destination country on imported goods. “Customs duty” is a tariff based on the type and value of the goods. “Clearance/brokerage fee” is an administrative charge some carriers add to process the import.
• European Union.Import VAT applies from the first euro of value; the former low-value VAT exemption no longer exists. Customs duty generally applies only to consignments valued above €150 in goods. VAT rates vary by member state (roughly 17%–27%).
• United Kingdom. We are UK VAT registered. For orders shipped to the UK with a consignment value of £135 or less, UK VAT is calculated and charged at checkout and remitted by us, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. For orders above £135, import VAT and any customs duty are handled at the border and paid by you as the importer.
• Other countries. Thresholds, rates, and fees vary (for example, Australia 10% GST, New Zealand 15% GST, Canada GST/HST). Any estimate shown at checkout is an approximation for your convenience and is not a quote, invoice, or guarantee of the final amount your customs authority will charge.

Thresholds scale with the declared value of your order, so the taxes and duties you owe may change as your order total rises or falls above or below a country’s thresholds. We declare the accurate contents and value of every shipment on the customs forms; we cannot and will not under-declare value or mark orders as “gift” to reduce your import charges.

Customs processing can delay delivery, and SlabCS is not responsible for delays caused by a destination country’s customs authority. If you refuse or abandon a parcel, or it is returned because import charges went unpaid, any refund is limited to the product value less our original outbound shipping and any fees the carrier charges us for the return. By completing an international checkout you confirm that you understand and accept responsibility for these import taxes and duties.

Made-to-order & right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance purchases. That right does notapply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. Because every SlabCS piece is produced to order from the design and options you choose, it falls under this exemption and is not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or defective goods are unaffected — see the refund policy.

Fan art & trademarks

SlabCS is an independent fan project that hand-casts acrylic display pieces inspired by community sticker art. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation, the Counter-Strike franchise, ESL, BLAST, PGL, IEM, any professional team, any player, or any tournament organizer. All trademarks, team names, player names, event names, and logos referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the design a customer is purchasing.

Every piece is made to order from a customer’s selection. We do not sell official merchandise and we do not claim to.

Takedown requests

If you are a rightsholder — a player, a team, an event organizer, or someone authorized to act on their behalf — and you would like your name, likeness, logo, or event branding removed from this site, email us and we will remove it. We do not require a legal escalation, an attorney’s letter, or a formal DMCA filing to honor a good-faith request.

Please include:

• What you want removed (team, event, player, or a specific URL).
• Who you are and your relationship to the rightsholder (e.g. team staff, player, organizer, authorized representative).
• A contact we can reply to so we can confirm the removal.

We aim to action takedown requests within 72 hours. Once a block is in place, matching designs are replaced site-wide with a placeholder and any pending cart items containing them are rejected at checkout.
