REFUNDS

All SlabCS items are made to order, so we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days at SlabCSHelp@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll replace or refund it.

Lost-in-transit shipments are handled case-by-case once the carrier confirms loss.
