REFUNDS

All SlabCS items are made to order, so we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days at SlabCSHelp@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We'll replace or refund it.

Lost-in-transit shipments are handled case-by-case once the carrier confirms loss.

International orders ship with import taxes and duties unpaid, and the buyer is responsible for them. If a parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned because import charges went unpaid, any refund is limited to the product value less our original outbound shipping and any return fees charged to us by the carrier.
